Starter credit
Every new account receives CA$5.00 when the email address is confirmed. That covers a 60-minute episode with three pieces of writing on Standard. One starter credit per person.
Adding credit
Credit is prepaid, from CA$10 to CA$500 at a time, by card or Canadian pre-authorized debit through Stripe. It never expires. Unused credit is refundable on request within 30 days of purchase, less payment-processing fees.
What you are not charged for
- A piece of writing that fails our checks after a retry, or fails to generate. You keep the rest and pay only for what arrived.
- A job whose transcription fails. Nothing is charged.
- Jobs interrupted by a problem on our side.
Tax
Prices are shown before tax. Where tax applies it is added at checkout and shown on your Stripe receipt.
